Shipping policy

All Graced Haven pieces are made to order, crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production & Delivery Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to arrive, with a maximum of 4 weeks. This timeframe includes production and shipping.

Order Confirmation You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Once your piece ships you will receive a tracking number.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of purchase please contact us at support@gracedhaven.com and we will resolve it promptly.
